CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes and cancellations accepted as often as necessary, limited to 24 hours prior to service delivery on business days and office opening hours. From (Monday-Friday) 9.00-14.00 and from 17.00-19.00 on Saturday from 9.00-14.00 Except for the Granada tour, as tickets to the Alhambra are non-refundable once paid, which is non-cancelable.

In case of cancellation, the refund will be made within 24 hours on working days via the same route as the payment was made

Less than 24 hours before travel, cancellations or changes are not accepted and fees are 100%, payments are non-refundable

To make a reservation we charge 100% of the fee. If you wish to receive an invoice, please provide the details for the invoice.

The reservation will be made upon receipt of payment confirmation, provided there are still places available. If this is done within the next 24 hours - the place is guaranteed and blocked for your reservation from today for 24 hours.

ZMIANA I ANULACJE

Zmiany i anulacje akceptowane tak często jak to konieczne, z limitem  do 24 godzin przed świadczenia usługi w dni robocze i otwarcia biura. Od (poniedziałek -piątku)  9.00-14.00 i od 17.00-19.00 w sobotę od 9.00- 14.00 

Z wyjątkiem wycieczki po Granadzie, ponieważ bilety do Alhambry nie podlegają zwrotowi po opłaceniu, która nie ulega anulacji.

W przypadku anulowania  zwrot nastąpi w ciągu 24 godzin w dni robocze tą samą trasą, którą został wykonany zapłacono

W ciągu poniżej 24 godzin przed podróżą, anulowanie lub zmiany nie są akceptowane, a opłaty 100%, płatności nie podlegają zwrotowi

Aby dokonać rezerwacji pobieramy 100% opłaty Jeśli życzą sobie Państwo Fakturę, proszę o podanie danych do Faktury.

Rezerwacja będzie zrobiona w chwili otrzymania potwierdzenie opłaty o ile będą jeszcze wolne miejsca. Jeśli będzie to dokonane w najbliższych 24h – miejsce jest zagwarantowane i zablokowane dla Państwa rezerwacji od dziś przez 24h
