CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes and cancellations accepted as often as necessary, limited to 24 hours prior to service delivery on business days and office opening hours. From (Monday-Friday) 9.00-14.00 and from 17.00-19.00 on Saturday from 9.00-14.00 Except for the Granada tour, as tickets to the Alhambra are non-refundable once paid, which is non-cancelable.

In case of cancellation, the refund will be made within 24 hours on working days via the same route as paid

Less than 24 hours before travel, cancellations or changes are not accepted and fees are 100%, payments are non-refundable
